Established in 1985, Cleland Joiners & Builders Limited is a family business building stunning homes across Lanarkshire and the West Coast of Scotland. The company was started by Derek Cleland and focused on extensions and new build homes for both domestic clients and as a small developer, in its own right.
Over the years the business has developed an enviable reputation within Lanarkshire for providing a quality service. We have built a strong reputation for all aspects of design and build.
The business is always looking to grow and in 2017, Campbell Scott came on board as director and shareholder, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and contacts to help the company achieve their ambitions. Following Campbell’s appointment, the nature and scope of the projects both tendered for and completed have expanded.
The company has a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry which starts at the very top with the directors. We have a highly qualified team, many who have been with the business from the beginning, who always deliver in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. The company is very family focused with both director’s sons working for the business. The directors have ambitions to grow the business and continue to provide the first-class service that has been integral to the company from the very start.
